Report by Leisa Cass
A huge congratulations to all our club members who swam on the weekend of 10-11 October 2026 at the AIS in the MSNSW State SC Championships. Our club was represented by nearly 40 swimmers, with a total of 21 relay teams competing over the two-day event.
A massive thank you to all those members and family members who were not swimming but generously volunteered their time to assist with timekeeping and raffle ticket sales during the event - the club sincerely appreciates this help, which was a huge bonus to our swimmers, letting them focus on their swims!
Our club is currently in the MSNSW Division 2 category (of 4 categories), and we not only won Division 2, but also won the overall championships with 1,675 points (second place scored 1,006 points).
Out of 165 total swim entries, our members completed 157 swims and earned a total medal tally of 53 gold, 47 silver, and 16 bronze (including relays).
