Our club
Established in 1986, Tuggeranong Masters Swimming ACT Inc. was the second club in the ACT Branch (and now part of the NSW Branch) of Masters Swimming Australia (MSA).
Masters Swimming Australia (MSA) is an Australia-wide network of adult swimming clubs affiliated with Masters Swimming International. Masters Swimming Australia’s aim is to promote swimming and fitness in those 18 years of age and over.
The MSA motto is “Fitness, Friendship and Fun”.

We swim at Tuggeranong Lakeside Leisure Centre and have a number of sessions on offer. You can come and try us … for free!.
Club members take part in various swim meets. Masters Swimming NSW has Branch Point Score BPS Meets occurring regularly throughout the year, as well as other State Championship Meets. There are also MSA National Championships held each year in April.
Many of our members also take part in open water swims in Canberra and further afield.

Our Annual General Meeting is held in October, where new committee members are elected or re-elected to committee positions.
Our annual presentation of trophies is usually combined with a Christmas party early in December. We hold regular social activities and invite members (and families) to join in.
