In the British Long Distance Swimming Association’s One Hour Postal Swim, Brenda Day came 1st in her age group (3030m) and David Bale came 16th in his age group (3050m).
The aim of this postal swim was to swim as far as possible in one hour. The swims took place during January/February 2010. Full results are available at postalswim.com.
